This FDA approved blue Acetal copolymer pulley was manufactured for a customer. The client required 20 of these custom CNC machined products which were used as a decel exit pulley for one of their food processing machines.
The finished part was fabricated on a CNC lathe to the customer supplied drawings and measured 10.750” in length, with an outside diameter of 1.500”, and inside diameter of .910” and met tolerances of +.005”/-.000”, and +0°-30’/-0°
