We can produce urethane molds up to 4’x4’, weighing from .500 oz to 100 lbs, and hold tolerances down to +1/16”. We mold polyurethane and hybrid polyurethanes materials, as well as flexible and rigid polyurethane foams, to meet the specialized needs for a wide range of industrial applications – from agriculture to water treatment.
