Urethane Elastomers
Molded durometers from 10A thru 80D. Both ether and ester material, dual durometers, inserting and pigmenting to color. Specialty materials include FDA approvable filled systems, PTFE, bronze, molly and UV inhibitors.
Hybrids
An unsaturated polyester urethane blend of superior toughness with high impact resistance, custom formulated to meet specific physical requirements. Systems available include UL-VO rated, glass filled, and ATH filled. Can be molded in unequal cross sections with rapid cycle times.Ideal for water treatment, cabinet housings and feeder bowls.
